SWASWARA IS MORE THAN ACCOMMODATION, IT IS POETRY IN STONE

SwaSwara is located on the western coast of India, popularly known as the ‘Konkan’ coast in the state of Karnataka in South India. Set a little away from the village of Gokarna, nestling amidst rolling hills and lined by serene coconut palms are 24 villas inspired by the homesteads, tradition and craft of the Uttara Karnataka region.

We live unaware of the inner sound of our being, drowned out as it is, by the din of daily life. Only when everything else quiets down and we are at peace can we hear it. That's why we've made sure, that the shouts of the modern world die down to whispers, at SwaSwara.

SwaSwara is poetry in stone, tinted in a passionate colour symbolizing the energy of earth, offset by the purity of white. The dwelling unit at SwaSwara is a villa that invites you to revel in the open and green spaces created within the confines of walls. Affording privacy, yet opening up the skies and nature’s bounty to the senses. A yoga deck on the second level offers spectacular views of the countryside and ocean and a perfect haven for Yogic practices.

Modern amenities are provided for comfort, though we believe that the architecture, which silently salutes the terrain, climate and natural offerings of this land, will serenade you with its earthy simplicity.

We believe perfection isn’t about hiding flaws, but revealing the serendipity in jaggedness. We also believe that we haven’t created anything new, merely received what was already bestowed and created a pathway to Nirvana.
