It has adorned the pages of many international fashion magazines and television dramas and has recently been subtly refurbished. x Yoga White House with charm This property is unmatched in the south of Sri Lanka. It has been aesthetically maintained, with its large collection of original antiques and art and crafts, polished hardwood beams and plenty of open courtyards, terraces and passageways for you to relax in. In the evening the frangipani flowers start to give a soft scent and once the stars come out the garden starts to twinkle with the fireflies. The villa has the unmistakable, intimate atmosphere of a large colonial home, with the resident owner hosting your stay. The maximum of 12 guests are well looked after by the dedicated staffs who are also part of the household. Over the years our guests have enjoyed endless hours on the opulent verandah, chatting and taking in the local sights. You can watch the world pass by - the rolling ocean, the moonlit sky, village life and the passing trains bound for the city. There are no hotels or guesthouses in the vicinity yet the famous UNESCO heritage city of Galle or the underwater paradise of Hikkaduwa beach are just a ten-minute drive either way.
