AYURVEDA RESTAURANT

Our specialty Ayurveda Restaurant complements the treatments of the Ayurveda Centre. It serves vegetarian food. (The only restaurant recommended during Ayurveda Programme Package.)

THE DIET AT POOVAR ISLAND

Keeping in mind the strict stipulations of the ancient science, we have developed a range of food varieties to suit every person who undergoes our Ayurvedic treatments. The diet is considered critical to the effectiveness of the Ayurvedic treatments or programs. We have taken special care in training our Chefs to understand and appreciate this special need. The food is delectable but Ayurvedic at the same time. The delicious vegetarian food derives its ingredients from vegetables and leafs of medicinal properties.

TIFFINS

Main restaurant can seat 62 persons. The multi-cuisine restaurant offers a delectable choice of Continental, Asian, Indian and Kerala cuisine to choose from. After all variety is the spice of life, isn’t it? At Tiffins we take pride in the state of the art kitchen we have installed. It is an ideal venue to satiate every gastronomic need.

POOL BAR

Poovar Island Resort has a special sunken Pool Bar at the Swimming pool. Enjoy your favorite drink, beverage or fruit juices while soaking in the water. The Pool Bar is open from 07.00 to 19.00 hours.

SUNSET BAR

Poovar Island Resort has a special Sunset Bar. Enjoy your favorite drink, beverage or fruit juices.
