Indulge in a long shower in our open air bathrooms. Bask, in the sunlight by the pool. Breathe in the heady scent of jasmine. Or just sit by on the verandah and watch the waves gently kiss the shore.
"While our sunsets are a feast for the eyes, leave it to our chefs to seduce your palate."
Café Samsara, our all-day dining restaurant, is set in a tile-roofed verandah, with a breathtaking ocean view and global cuisines. One of the few places on Earth where the ambience is as spectacular as the cuisine.
Essence, our speciality restaurant, is perched on a cliff. Our chefs introduce you to the subtle herbs and fiery spices of the Far East, as the spectacular view competes with the bold flavours.
Our bar Madira, boasts a panoramic view of the ocean. Enjoy sinful cocktails that ensure that you forget all the cares of the world.
"While guests can opt for detox menu options, it would be a shame to miss out on the Niraamaya's authentic Keralan dishes. Ingredients are locally sourced and fish caught daily – the gigantic lobster and prawns were some of the most impressive I've ever seen, or tasted. There are also traditional options for the less adventurous, of course – think club sandwiches, salads and burgers. The breakfasts make the most of delicious seasonal fruits, plus the usual eggs and cooked options made to order. And nothing will make your soya flat white pale into insignificance quite like the fragrant mix-your-own coffee with coconut cream and jaggery (unrefined cane sugar). Apart from that incredible view, perhaps."
